Each hat is made to order using a premium Richardson 112 trucker hat and a high-quality leatherette patch. Your antler design is hand-traced from your photo, laser engraved for precision, and stitched onto the hat in our shop.

How it works

We’ve made this easy while still giving you a truly one-of-a-kind hat:

  1. Choose your hat color and options
  • Antler selection:
    Deer’s Left Antler – the deer’s left side when facing forward
    Deer’s Right Antler – the deer’s right side when facing forward
    Both Antlers – a full rack design

  • Hat side placement:
    Left side of hat = the wearer’s left when the hat is on
    Right side of hat = the wearer’s right when the hat is on

2. Upload a clear photo of the antlers- Clear, well-lit photos work best. Trail cam photos are welcome.

3. We hand-trace the antlers from your photo- Every antler is traced by hand — no auto-tracing or stock artwork.

4. A proof is created and sent for approval -You’ll have the chance to review and approve before we engrave.

5. Once approved, your hat is engraved - Your custom leatherette patch is engraved and professionally applied.
Photo Upload Tips

✔ Lighting doesn’t have to be perfect

Dark backgrounds and low light are okay as long as we can clearly see the full outline of the antlers and all visible points.

✔ Clear & in focus

The entire rack should be visible, including the bases where the antlers meet the skull.

✔ Hands are okay — with one limitation

Photos with hands holding antlers are fine only if all tines are fully visible.

We cannot add or guess tines that are covered by hands or objects.

✔ Proof before engraving

We hand-trace your antlers exactly as shown in your photo and send a proof for approval before engraving.

A digital proof will be sent to you before your hat goes into production.

What to expect

Proofs are sent within 2 business days

You’ll have 48 hours to approve or request changes

One revision is included

If we don’t hear back within 48 hours, the design will be approved as-is so we can keep your order moving.
When will I get my order?

Once your proof is approved, your hat moves into production.

Production details

Production time: 2–5 business days after proof approval

Shipping time: 3–5 business days (U.S.)

Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days after proof approval.

Hats are made and shipped from Texas

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships

***Production times may increase slightly during peak seasons.
Care Instructions

To keep your hat looking its best:

  • Spot clean only
  • Do not machine wash
  • Do not submerge in water
  • Avoid excessive heat

Proper care will help preserve both the hat and the engraved patch.
Returns & Cancellations

Because each hat is custom-made using your photo, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or cancellations once production has started.

If there is an issue with your order due to a defect or error on our end, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

We started this business after our son, who has Down syndrome, was gifted a once-in-a-lifetime hunt. Creating custom antler designs became a way for him — and others — to carry those memories every day.
