Artwork & Usage Rights Policy

This policy explains ownership and permitted use of artwork created as part of a custom order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Antler Image Ownership

You retain ownership of the original antler image or photo you submit. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own the rights to the image or have permission to use it for this purpose.

Uploaded images are used solely to create your custom design unless you provide consent for additional use.

Custom Artwork Ownership

All hand-traced artwork created from your submitted photo is considered original artwork and remains the intellectual property of our business.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Hand-traced antler designs

  • Digital renderings

  • Engraving-ready files

We reserve the right to retain copies of this artwork for internal records and production purposes.

Personal Use License

Your purchase includes a personal-use license for the custom artwork created for your order.

This means you may:

  • Display the artwork on the purchased product

  • Use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes

You may not:

  • Sell, reproduce, or redistribute the artwork

  • Use the artwork for commercial purposes

  • Upload or provide the artwork to third parties for reproduction

Unless prior written permission is granted.

Commercial Use & Licensing

Commercial use, reproduction, or resale of the artwork is not permitted without a separate written licensing agreement.

If you are interested in licensing the artwork for commercial use, please contact us before placing your order.

Modifications & Derivative Works

The artwork may not be altered, modified, or used to create derivative works for resale or distribution without written permission.

Social Media & Promotional Use

With your consent, we may share aspects of the custom design process on our website or social media platforms. This may include:

  • Antler tracing clips

  • Engraving process videos

  • Finished product images

Faces and identifying details are always blurred or omitted unless otherwise agreed.

Consent for social media sharing is requested separately at checkout and is optional.

Right to Refuse or Remove Use

We reserve the right to refuse the use of submitted images or decline projects that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or applicable laws.
