Proof Approval Policy
Every custom order includes a digital proof to ensure accuracy before production begins. Please review this policy carefully, as proof approval is a required step in the custom design process.
Proof Delivery
Digital proofs are typically sent within 2 business days after your order is placed and your photo has been received.
Proofs are delivered via email or the contact method provided at checkout. Please ensure your contact information is accurate and check spam or junk folders if you do not see your proof.
*During peak seasons these times may be extended
Proof Review & Approval Window
Once your proof is delivered, you will have 48 hours to review and approve or request adjustments.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review the proof carefully for:

Antler design accuracy

Overall appearance
Approval confirms that all details are correct and ready for production.
Revisions
Minor adjustments are included as part of the proof process. Additional revisions beyond this may require an added fee.
Requests for significant changes after approval are not guaranteed.
No Response Policy
If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the proof will be considered approved as-is, and production will begin. This ensures orders remain on schedule and can be delivered in a timely manner.
Final Approval & Production
Once a proof is approved—either explicitly or by non-response—production begins immediately.
After proof approval:

Orders cannot be canceled

Changes are not guaranteed

Refunds are not available for custom items
Proof approval serves as the final confirmation of your custom design.
