Because each item we create is custom-made using your provided photo and selected options, please review this policy carefully before placing your order.


Custom Orders & Final Sale

All custom orders are final sale once the digital proof has been approved.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Orders approved through the proof process

  • Customer preference or change of mind

  • Incorrect selections made at checkout

Once a proof is approved, the design is finalized and production begins.


Proof Approval Responsibility

A digital proof is provided for every custom order. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review the proof for accuracy before approving.

Approval of the proof confirms that:

  • The antler design is correct

  • Placement and layout are acceptable

  • All selections are final

Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after proof approval.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request:

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

  • Your order number

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Orders with approved proofs

  • Items showing normal wear

  • Orders affected by incorrect information provided by the customer
